Muddled fresh strawberries

2 oz Frangelico

2 oz Flor de Cana 

Shake and strain into a snifter

French 75

1 oz CAMUS Cognac

.75 lemon juice

.5 simple syrup

Shake and strain into Champagne coupe

Topped w/ Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne 

Garnished lemon zest

Prim Rose

Muddled Fresh Raspberries and Blackberries

1.5 RSV

.75 lime juice

.5 agave

.5 Croft PINK

1 bar spoon of Rose Tea Jam

Shake and strain into a champagne flute

Topped with Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne

Garnish with Skewers of Blackberries and Raspberries
