.5 oz ginger syrup

Shaken and poured into a highball glass

1.5 oz Fonseca Bin 27 port

.75 oz lemon juice

Shaken and strained over ice in a rocks glass

Topped with an Espresso Foam

Romaine’s Birthday cake cocktail

1 oz Skyy citrus vodka

1 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice

Shake and strained into a martini glass

                                                      Rimmed with Graham Crackers

.75 lemon juice

.5 simple syrup

Shake and strain into Champagne coupe

Topped w/ Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne 

Garnished lemon zest

Prim Rose

Muddled Fresh Raspberries and Blackberries

1.5 RSV

.75 lime juice

.5 agave

.5 Croft PINK

1 bar spoon of Rose Tea Jam

Shake and strain into a champagne flute

Topped with Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne

Garnish with Skewers of Blackberries and Raspberries
